Bistro Gadi, located on the top level of the Australian Museum serves up a fresh seasonal menu with a side of sensational views across Sydney and down to the harbour.

Crafted by Executive chef Keith Higginson, who has honed his skills at renowned eateries across Sydney and Europe, you will find a market table with fresh dishes to choose from.

This casual yet elegant bistro offers great value for money. Drop in for a quick bite or stay to savour the view over a glass of wine or coffee and cake.

Recharge with a coffee and sandwich, fruit salad or snack at our family-friendly café, Billabong Waterhole. Located on Level 2, Billabong Waterhole offers a range of hot and cold food and beverages, take away or eat in.

Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is your first stop for excellent coffee as well as hot and cold snacks. Located on Level Upper Ground (UG), Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is open on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
